Contacts
Contact the editorial team at [email protected] about payout data, corrections or our review method. Affiliate and advertising enquiries go to [email protected] and are kept separate from editorial work. We cannot access casino accounts or speed up withdrawals. Our Canberra address, map and contact form are below.
Editorial questions
Questions about payout times, withdrawal limits, corrections to published content or our review method can be sent to [email protected]. For a correction, include the page URL, the figure that has changed and a link or screenshot from the casino terms or cashier, so we can check it faster.
Partnerships and advertising
Affiliate and advertising enquiries go to [email protected]. Commercial agreements are kept separate from editorial work and do not change ratings, payout data or how casinos are assessed for Australian players.
What we cannot help with
We are a review site and do not have access to casino accounts. We cannot approve, speed up or reverse a withdrawal, verify documents or settle disputes. For those issues, contact the casino support team first, then the body that licenses the operator. If gambling is causing harm, call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858.
